Into the Woods you go again…

Kansas City Repertory Theatre is producing, what Daddycather hopes is, an exciting production of the Stephen Sondheim musical fairy tale,  Into the Woods.  It is directed by Moisés Kaufman – the man behind The Laramie Project – and stars New York vets Euan Morton (Narrator) and Michele Ragusa (Witch).

Based on these pictures from the production via Playbill.com, it sure looks like a stellar production.

Once upon a time…

Kaufman talks about his vision for the show:

Daddycatcher wonders: if this production is utterly amazing, will it transfer to New York?  After all, we don’t need another production of La Cage aux Folles, but we are getting one anyway!
