Gym Week #1 Complete

The soreness in Daddycatcher’s upper body can only mean one thing…Gym Week #1 is complete.

Monday – Chest, Shoulders, Abs

Wednesday – Back, Biceps, Abs

Friday – Legs, Triceps, Abs


Daddycatcher has also eaten relatively healthy this week! And he’s decided that Muscle Milk protein shakes taste much better than Myoplex protein shakes.  Myoplex makes his stomach feel funny – and that’s all the description that will be given!
