Broadway Backwards 4

Broadway Backwards 4, benefiting The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender Community Center, occured on Monday night at the American Airlines Theatre in New York City.

Daddycatcher was not in attendance. Instead he endured the horribleness that is He’s Just Not That Into You with Miss Jenn.

After seeing these pictures, Daddycatcher should just have ponied up the bucks for the benefit.

Alan Cumming opened the evening with his take on “Rainbow High” from Evita.


Whoopi Goldberg led the female ensemble in “Gee, Officer Krupke” from West Side Story.


Jose Llana, Christopher Sieber, and John Tartaglia perform “Matchmaker, Matchmaker” from Fiddler on the Roof as an ode to Match. com.


Tony Yazbeck sings “Buddy Beware” from Anything Goes.


Also from Anything Goes, Cheyenne Jackson and Sandra Bernhard perform “You’re the Top.” Use your imagination…

Florence Henderson fondles the entire female ensemble in “There is Nothing Like a Dame” from South Pacific.

Gina Gershon perfroms “Madeleine” from Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris.

Ugly Betty‘s Michael Urie and Becki Newton perform “Getting Married Today” from Company. Christopher Kale Jones also performed in the number.

Mario Cantone apparently brought down the house with “Chief Cook and Bottle Washer” from The Rink.
