First Photo Shot – THE FIRST WIVES CLUB (The Musical)

Barbara Walsh (Broadway’s Company), Karen Ziemba (Tony Award winner for Contact), and Sheryl Lee Ralph (original Deena in Dreamgirls) star in the world premiere of The First Wives Club. The new musical is based on the fantastic movie of the same name.

The musical premieres July 17th at San Diego’s Old Globe Theater. The show is being directed by Francesca Zambello, who directed the Broadway production of The Little Mermaid. Let’s hope she does a better job with this material.
